KVV's, KIP organised workshop on ‘Transforming Ideas into Impactful Research Proposals’
On October 29, 2024, Krishna Institute of Pharmacy in Karad hosted a workshop titled “Transforming Ideas into Impactful Research Proposals,” aimed at Research Scholars and faculty members. The event was inaugurated by Dr. N.R. Jadhav, who delivered a keynote session on "Research and the Research Process." He emphasized the research lifecycle's importance in advancing scientific knowledge and encouraged participants to engage in high-quality, impactful research that benefits the community.
The workshop featured various sessions led by faculty experts from Krishna Institute of Pharmacy Karad, covering essential aspects of research proposal development. Dr. V.S. Ghorpade discussed the significance of literature reviews and various academic databases, providing practical advice on effective search strategies. Dr. A.S. Shete introduced the "Funnel Approach" for identifying research gaps, while Dr. D.P. Mali explained the critical components of a well-structured research proposal. Additionally, Dr. J.A. Sawale focused on crafting the background section, and Dr. A.A. Koparde discussed the formulation of specific, measurable research objectives.
Further sessions included Dr. Shete's insights on the importance of novelty and inventive steps in research, as well as Mr. S.B. Dhadde's guidance on writing a clear experimental section. Dr. B.K. Panda concluded the workshop with a presentation on articulating expected outcomes, emphasizing the need for coherence between the outcomes and the study's objectives. Overall, the workshop provided participants with comprehensive tools and strategies to enhance their research proposals and contribute effectively to their fields.
