Dr. Shivsharan B. Dhadde Conferred Ph.D. in Pharmacy by Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar University, Solapur

KVV's, Krishna Institute of Pharmacy are pleased to share that Dr. Shivsharan B. Dhadde has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmacy by Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar University, Solapur, on April 15, 2025. Dr. Dhadde successfully defended his thesis titled "Synthesis of Dietary Supplement Forms of Chromium (III) and Evaluation of Their Effects on Reproduction in Drosophila melanogaster," under the guidance of Professor Dr. Mallinath S. Kalshetti.

His research focused on the synthesis of bioavailable chromium (III) complexes and the evaluation of their reproductive effects using Drosophila melanogaster as a model organism. The work has resulted in four high-quality publications—three in Q1 journals and one in a Q2 journal—with a combined impact factor of 13.6. Additionally, the findings were presented at an international conference held in Solapur.
