Dr.Namrata attended the conference ELECTROCON-26 (3rd International Electrotherapy Conference) organized by Maharashtra Institute of Physiotherapy, Latur, affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. The conference provided an excellent platform for academic interaction, knowledge sharing, and discussion on recent advances in physiotherapy.

During the conference, she had the opportunity to serve as the Chairperson for the plenary session of Dr. Rinkle Malani (PT) on the topic “Electrotherapy for Chronic Pain: Integrating Pain Neuroscience Education,” scheduled from 12:00 noon to 12:30 p.m. on Day 2 of the conference.

The session focused on the role of electrotherapy in chronic pain management and the integration of pain neuroscience education into physiotherapy practice. The discussion highlighted the importance of understanding pain mechanisms, educating patients about pain, and adopting evidence-based approaches to improve treatment outcomes.

Serving as Chairperson was a valuable academic experience that facilitated professional interaction and enhanced my understanding of contemporary approaches to chronic pain management.
