Krishna Institute of Nursing Sciences, Karad, successfully organized an Alumni Guest Lecture on Career Guidance for Ireland for 4th and 6th-semester B.Sc. Nursing students. The session was conducted by Mr. Kiran Patil, a distinguished alumnus of the Basic B.Sc. Nursing program (2006-2010) and currently serving as a Project Manager in Technology & Transformation at HSE, Ireland.

The event saw enthusiastic participation, with a total of 100 students from the 4th and 6th B.Sc. Nursing semesters attending the session.

Session Highlights:

Mr. Kiran Patil began the session by expressing his excitement to reconnect with students and shared his professional journey from a student at Krishna Institute of Nursing Sciences to achieving success at the international level. He acknowledged the role of academic training, hands-on clinical experience, and faculty support in shaping his career as a skilled and confident nurse.

The session covered essential aspects of career opportunities for nurses in Ireland, including:

Eligibility criteria such as English proficiency, aptitude exams, and required experience.

Exam patterns, subject weightage, and necessary qualifications.

A clear roadmap for pursuing a nursing career abroad.
